Tranny bolts need help
Im doing a tranny. I have everybolt out of the bellhousing except for two. These are kinda in the middle of each side, and the bolt is like in a hole kinda and I cant get a socket in there.anyone know what size it is or what to do

9/16 is a better fit but 15mm will work if that's all you have. If you already have the transmission tipped down in the back, that's about all you can do. You need close to 24" of extensions and a universal or wobble at the end.

Those are alignment studs. You probably cannot get it off because the trans is a bit corroded to them. Just rock the transmission side-to-side or up-and-down and pull. Be careful because it will let loose quickly. Those do not need to be removed, just clean them up a bit before you reinstall.
