Default tranny problem?

i have a 99 s10 blazer and im having some problems with my automatic tranny. it shifts really hard from 1st to 2nd its is especially bad when the engine is cold. idk whats wrong ive had it for 3 months has 132000 miles on it. it runs great and is in great condition. i know the guy that had it before took care of it. is the tranny going bad or is it hopefully just something simple?? thanks for your help

everything im reading says that other ppl have this problem when the engine and transmission get to operating temp but my blazer will do it when it is completly cold. in fact it is more harsh when the engine is cool. idk what to do. i am reading stuff that is saying that it could be 10 different things.

Welcome to the world of automatic transmission troubleshooting... Sorry that I couldn't be more help, but you have to try and eliminate things through diagnosis.
