i have a 1990 chevy blazer with a 700r4 tranny... i still have reverse but it wont shift out of 2nd gear. i replaced the vss sensor and still have the same problem... my speeodometer also doesnt work. any suggestions?

 

Inproperly adjusted tv cable, unhooked from tv link @ valve body.
Throttle valve sticking in its bore in valve body or worn/broken band 2/4 servo seals leaking worn 2/4 pin.

 

i have a feeling its electrical... is there any fuses i can check? its still showing my the code for the vss eventhough i replaced it. its also showing code 34, 44
