Default trans delay 1-2 shift

I have an 03 blazer xtreme, i am experiencing a 1-2 delay/long shift. It acts different with different throttle speeds and doesnt always delay shifting. Sometimes through acceleration it shifts fine but then sometimes it has a long delay. I work at a dealer but know too much about this truck yet. I was thinking of flushing it, ive already done a pan drop and changed the filter and it looked really clean inside. All other shifts are perfectly fine and there are no codes in the vehicle.

Mileage? Does it do it when cold, warm, both? Need more information.

154k miles on it, does it cold or hot. But like i said sometimes it wont do it at all, sometimes it shifts normal. Its only the 1-2 up shift, all other operations are good

Mine does a little jerk from 1st to 2nd almost everytime. Its especially noticable when it is cold. Maybe its just a blazer thing.

its just a blazer thang with the 1-2 issue. put in a bottle of lucas trans fix,and maybe upgrade the servo to a corvette servo (firmer 1-2 shift). I wanted to do the servo upgrade, but id have to remove my trans to do it since i have 4x4 and its too close to the body to get to it.
