Mhmm which is why I am doing the En Route with a work vendor

leak is more towards AC compressor but middle front of pan.

If and IF I think what I think it is, possibly 1-2 solenoid, filter and seal needs replacing. And cooler lines not sure

all I know by “feeling the vehicle” a bit is;

1-2 no shift unless 20 mph & 30% and up no more than 50% WOT otherwise bogggggg Then let off the pedal- shifts then no issues, 2-1 down shift delay, Also P to R then OD clunk into gear, OD slips but does engage completely and no slips at 63 MPH exact, and it LOVES being @ 74 exact mph

it ABSOLUTELY hates 53 MPH to 61.5 MPH

4WD engages tested that, previous owner swapped another low mile ORIG 73k 4.3 and no ODO tamper so thats a relief!

currently has no ABS (I hate it anyway lol) and CEL for EVAP, CAM POSI SENS and no Trans Code that I am aware of (cheapy fix finder does so much) TPS was just replaced by me, I only took off the air intake and used angled socket extensions lol! Throttle feels MINT

If it's an engine oil leak you're referring to, not a trans leak, the two common culprits are the lower intake manifold and the oil filter adapter and/or lines for it. The filter adapter and lines IS on the driver's side, same side as the AC compressor, but all down low, and runs from the back of the engine all the way to the front, so could look like it's leaking from anywhere on the driver's side. The lower intake gasket typically leaks down the back of the block and is commonly mistaken for a rear main leak.

Shift solenoids are easy to replace on the 4L60e. Did ALL of them on my 04 including the wiring harness. Cheaper and easier than a trans swap. Been going strong since then for the last 15k miles, 220k on the trains.

Found the trans leak just an extremely small leak now, still doesn't shift until 20 mph!

torqued the pan, and went and took distributor cap off, looks VERY VERY good.

Cam Posi Sensor Bank A Single Sensor P0340 is the main code I am looking at, and I went down a code; ended up the previous owner switched Wires 2,4 and 3 and 1 around......... still runs turdly but much better to be honest.

Default Update :)

MAF Sensor failure!!!!

It is sporadic as heck; RPMs

I unplugged it and oooooooo engine power is back!

Trans Upshifts weird still but feels SOOOO much better with MAF unplugged! Probably going to skinnify the exhaust in select (after cat and after mufflers I like my Muffler AND glass pack lololol) areas and small honeycomb filter in the box and bypass MAF Sensor altogether! (Not Recommended but ideal for fuel power MPG / increase shenanigans!) Will put in Iridium Sparkies it in a week And O2 sensor replace!

Default MAF is UNPLUGGED :D ¿Wheel Sensors?

Maf unplugged, found out both fronts and left rear Have wheel speed sensor issues!

left front has a issue with a cylinder, a fuse was blown for MAF and the P0340 Camshaft, replaced fuse power is SOOOOO back.

so; would a wheel speed sensor throw trans into weirdness? No transcodes at all! Did use the expensive 250$ code reader at work today lol! ABS sensors at the wheel and thats it!
