Default Transmission Fluid?
So Somehow I'm down about a .5-1 quart of tranny fluid. I was just wondering if a 2001 Automatic blazer has to take a certain type of transmission fluid like the engine wants that Dex-Cool crap.

To my knowledge all manufacturers' transmissions require a specific fluid. In the case of GM, it's Dexron VI (the latest Dexron version which is synthetic). It is back-compatible for older GM transmissions.
