I have a 97 4 door 4wd and I'm trying to get a trans. How do I know what ones will work and also what rebuild kit would be best? Thank you!

 

Where are you located? I'm in central PA. have a 97 auto trans that's been sitting in my garage for about 10 years I'd let go cheap. It was a replacement trans I pulled out of my 97 before I scrapped it, so IIRC it's only got about 30,000 miles on it. Probably would still throw a rebuild kit at it though since it's been sitting dry for so long. I'm not real strong on automatic trans and maybe someone that is would advise differently.
