Post Transmission issues 2000 chevy blazer need help

Do i have to buy a transmission out of a 2000 chevy blazer or will ones out of other Chevrolet work too. All i have is 1st and 2nd gear. I've had no choice but to drive on it anyways as it is my only transportation. I've ran it at 50mph in 2nd for the past week. 3.25 rpm at the most. A quart of transmission fluid a day is what it leaks. 3rd and overdrive are shot. And there is vary little power on initial take off. Is there a way to fix the current transmission or will I be buying a used one. Any help is greatly apprecisted
