Dear Sir,
Thank you for the invaluable information regarding my Blazer trans problem. I found a fairly local trans specialist who did know about the sun shell and he will be installing a trans this week at a greatly reduced price from the $2400 the original mechanic had quoted.

I have the same problem but my question is, when your solenoid went out did it kill the lights on you 4WD 3 button transfer switch as well? I just need to know if I have multiple problems with my blazer. Also, I have the roar noise when doing over 30 mph after a few. Thanks.
