Hi,
I'm trying to fix an old problem i have in my truck (blazer k5, 1990, 5.7L, 700R4) while driving in fourth gear up an hill the transmission will "burp" constantly. if i apply more gas or the hill is over this will stop.
i read somewhere that it might help me to readjust the TV cable, so i did...
now when I'm braking and the transmission gets from the third to the second i can feel a big knock coming from it...
up until the adjustment i would sometimes feel something similar but it came from the Detroit locker, not from the transmission.
can anyone help me figure out what I've done wrong? how can i tell if the TV cable is garbage? and how can make this knock go away...
thanks in advance, Yarin.
