I suspect that your fluid has frothed (entrapped air), raising the level on the stick. This is another problem in and of itself. How well does the transmission shift/perform?

Thats the strange part of it, it performs very well. No hard shifting, no slipping, I can hardly feal it shifts.

If your trans fluid is foaming, it could be a sign that the fluid has reached the end of its life. I would do a full service on the transmission while you are doing the repair on the transfer case.

Thanks for the information. I will give it some TLC, maybe it's not to late, hope so

If it is the breather near the dip stick tube, then the problem is your transfer case input seal is leaking transmission fluid into the transfer case and, coupled with a leaking vacuum switch, is pushing fluid up into the vent line. The problem with this possibility is that you most likely will have transmission fluid throughout the vacuum system as well...

Please clarify where it is leaking from.

I got a P0507 code to day, can this be because of the vacuum switch?

P0507 - Idle Control System RPM Higher Than Expected

Doubt it.

This code poped up not when idling, but when I hit around 30 mph.
That seems strange to me. Have read the P0506/0507 explaind, and will go thru the possible faults described there.
