Transmission Limp Mode and 2 different tire size?

Did you have to struggle to get the pan down away from the transmission at the crossmember? I ask because the plastic piece looks like it is part of a shift solenoid which is easily broken when removing the pan. As far a testing the PRNDL switch I would guess that a continuity test would work. Never have tested one. I follow the data stream of it on the scanner.

Wow you are good transman. Yes I did struggle there as a matter of fact. I didn't get rough with it by any means but took a while to find and get it into the right position to slide out.
Well I think at this point do to time restraints or lack of free time on mine. I might be better off to take it to a shop with the right equipment and get an accurate diagnosis. I have no idea what the values should be or which pins to test so probably worth it to pay someone who does know or has the equipment.

OK found the problem and it's fixed.
wierd as it is, this one was a dented transmission pan. Attempted to straighten it out but was unsuccessful. So grabbed one from salvage yard. It had actually broke one shift solenoid and the other was grounding out. Only realized after someone noticed a tiny burn mark in bottom of the pan. New pan and two new solinoids and it shifts like a dream.
Thanks for all the help transman! This was a wired one. I can only assume that the previous owner banged it when they installed the transmission. It was such a uniform dent it looked stamped from the factory.
