litterely just finished posting and the tranny shop called they say that clutch packs were gone (due to no maintenance) and that they are just going to replace them and that should fix it all. they say other than that they can rebuild it but it is just showing normal wear and should be totally fine. I guess they are a decent shop after all.

That sounds awesome, I think I need to take mine to a tranni shop or swap out torque converters. I think mine is locking really quick and then releasing making my truck jerk every now and then!!
