Default truck lunging forword in forward gears

ok i have looked around the forum and have not been able to find anything for my problem. i have a 2000 s10 LS blazer i was having trans issues so i started to rebuild the original transmission. before i was able to install it my blazer started to have a lunging problem in the forward gears. at low rpm the truck would lunge forward over and over if i gave it the boot it would pull out of it but as soon as it shifted it would start all over. i did the trans swap with the fresh rebuild and it is still having the same problem. now im thinking its an engine problem i did some reading was told to check the mafs , tps and iacv cleaned the throttle body and im running out of ideas the truck accelerates at a slow pace and when it starts lunging the tac drops and the motor does not high rev. its kind of hard to enplane the problem but its like the engine is surging on its own any ideas i could use all the help i can get at this point.

ok well i found part of the problem the damm fuel pump was low pressure so now the lunging is gone. now the truck seems to just not have any power and is very sluggish i tried to get on the freeway and the truck hit 2nd and went but when tac hit 3 gs it just held it and didn't shift to 3rd any ideas on what would make it so slow i still don't think its a trans problem it was shifting thru all gears just cruising down the road
