I have a Chevy Blazer 98 4x4.
The issue I am having is that when I start the truck and drive it around for a while. Once I turn it off. The truck will not start. When I turn the key, all the necessary lights come on, but it does not even sound like the engine is trying to kick over.
I brought it to the mechanic and he told me something about a modulator maybe needing to be changed. However, I am unsure about that.
I usually have to wait a an hour or so before it will turn on. Is there anything anyone knows that can cause this issue.

Sounds like your starter. Take it out and take it to Autozone or your favorite local autoparts store. They should be able to test it.
Also take your ignition control modual and have them test it as well. The early warning it is going out is they dont like to work when hot.
