Default S-10 Fluid Change Intervals?

I have a '96 Blazer S-10. How often do I need to change the following fluids? Transfer case, rear differential, transmission. Thanks.

the trans,about 30k miles. thats just a pan/filter/fluid done
rear diff,eh 50k.
tcase,when the trans is done,its just barely 2 quarts.

Id rather over do mine then under do it.
