Tuning for cam. Engine has no power when shifting.

Tuning for cam. Engine has no power when shifting.
It's a 350 Vortec with a 411 PCM swap, 5 speed trans, and LT4 Hotcam. I'm tuning it myself with HP Tuners and have gotten the idle close to where it should be. Driving it is a different story, when I shift gears and give it gas the RPM's climb high but the vehicle doesn't go any faster. When in gear and I give it gas the same thing happens, it goes but no where near as fast as it should. What should I do as far as tuning it goes?
