Default Using an Explorer fan

I am not sure if I should put this here or in the tech section but here it goes anyway. A while back there was some talk on here about using a ford explorer fan in place of the steel one that came on my 95 blazer. The ford one is plastic and has more fins(suppost to be more efficiant)(sorry for my spelling). I cannot remember what year fans work for this and I can't seam to find the threads.

Any help wold be great!
Thank you

Question

Are you sure you posted the right link? I went & looked at it & nothing about the question of fans could I find. I don't know the answer. I have had trouble with either of my Blazer fans or any cooling issues. In fact I just went out & my 98 Blazer 4x4 has an 11 blade plastic fan & my 97 had a multi blade plastic fan. So why wouldn't a 97-98 Blazer fan work?
