Default Very weird noise seemingly coming from behind dash???

Hey everyone, this noise sounds like its coming from behind the dash. Starts up a second after turning the truck on, and stays on a few seconds after turning it off.

Hard to tell in the video. If it's a "hissing" sound, a possible source could be a dislodged or rubbed through vacuum line that goes to the HVAC controls. Are all the AC/heater vent functions working properly?

It does sound kind of hissy. Very hard to describe. The sound lowers in volume when i hit the gas. The vents are working good and blowing.
