I have a 98 S10 that has a horrible rod knock. I recently acquired another engine but it's from a 96. Basically, I'm wondering if the intake systems will be an issue when it comes time to do the swap. Are there any other differences I should be aware of? Thanks in advance for any wisdom/advice.

 

Should not be a problem 1998 vs 1996. If any differences, use your 1998 manifolds.
