Weird starting issue
My BlaZeR2 has this weird starting issue where If I get in the truck put the key in he on position until the dinging sound stops and go to crank it, it will take a few seconds for it to start.
But then if I simply get in and just turn the key and not wait for the dinging sound it will crank fine with no issue. What could this be?

Weird start
Think about everything that has to work by turning the key. From the ignition switch to starter. Can you hear the fuel pump kick in? Does the steering wheel lock up or does the tilt adjust on steering column act funky or loose? Any of this could be one of Blazers quirky habits or the beginning of something going out in my 98. I can't always fix it but can usually track it down thinking bout it from point a to b.
