Good morning and THANKS FOR ALL PREVIOUS HELP!

Checked date of my last post/HELP request almost a year to the date

Purchased 1987 S10 Blazer 2.8 6 cylinder with 71K original miles for my daughters to drive m few miles later still going strong. Also youngest had a fender bender (UGH)
but it did what I wanted "PROTECTED HER". Fender has a wrinkle n bumper needs replacing but other car crunched.

Any how I need to replace the A/C fan clutch and parts list "7" or "5" how do I know which one to order?

I looked at bold spacing but both have four bolt pattern? update...got the one made for AC...will adding oil to ac compressor clutch stop squeal?
Any help appreciated.
