so i was looking to put either a motor from a 2000 blazer into my 1995 shell. was wondering what kind of harness changed would need to be made for this. anything will help thanks

 

You are in for a LOT of work. You would need to find a way to make '96-'97 wiring, PCM, possibly dash components, etc work in your '95. Depending on what style of PCM you have in your '95, this could be ridiculously difficult and no where near worth it to difficult enough to still make me wonder if it really is worth it.

 

alright thanks. kinda figured that. i have as well a motor from another 95 but its fuel injected with a eighth digit x, but the shell i have its a vin w. would that be more do able or still a hassle?

 

I am not aware of a 95 vin x motor. The vin X motors were SCFI engines just like the 96+ vin W motors.
