Let me know how it goes with the fuel filter. We've been having some trouble with our '99 Blazer too. It cranks but it won't turn over, and we have a brand new battery, belt, and alternator. We recently had to jump it, and it worked fine.Butwe tried this morning, andit wouldn't turn over after the jump. I'm not really sure what to do. Could you let me know, whatever happens?

Check the fuel pressure. It's very likely that the fuel pump is going or gone. When one of these motors acts this way that is the first thing to check. Checking spark is a close second but low fuel pressure is *very* common.
