my 1996 blazer wont start it cranks but doent start its got good spark and good fuel pressure i replaced the icm crankshaft and camshaft and nothing rotor and cap were replaced 3 months ago but it just wont start on me it cranks but sometimes when i let go of the key like 2 seconds after it back fires sound like timing is way off i check spark and its fine well if someone had this issue please help me im going crazy with this issue thanksss

So it ran fine after your rotor replacement? Have you tried pulling off the dist cap and checking the contacts? What brand of rotor did you use?

yeap ran fine actually ran better than ever but lately i leave the car sit for more than a day it wont start than it starts whenever it wants to but now nothing

ok there's a problem with timing, timing is way off when it doent start, but when it does its fine but i replaced the icm and crank-sensor and still having same problem.. im thinking maybe the ecm????

HEY IM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM AND HAVE REPLACED ALL THE SAME PARTS INCLUDING THE ECM. JUST WONDERING IF YOU HAVE FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM.IM THINKING IT MUST BE THE WIRING?

sounds funny cause i just replaced the ecu 1/2 hour ago lol and guess what? nothing happened i dont know what to do anymore im going crazy here

Was a CASE relearn done after you swapped the CPS?

not yet but i was having the same issue with the original crankshaft sensor
