1999 trailblazer options, floor gear, with automatic case.
and I put the gear in N at 45 mph and it still slows down!!

Double check the brakes, make sure all your driveline fluids are good.

Make sure your 4x4 is disengaging! That will cause major slow down issues, in gear or not.

Well if you put it in N and it still slowed down, you've eliminated the Transmission from the list of suspects...did you try putting the transfercase into Neutral as well as your trans? You gotta eliminate the next possible culprit.


I still feel like its a brake issue..
