Ok guys I just got a 1985 K5 blazer. It needs a little TLC which I plan to give. Right now I use it as a daily driver.

Problem: I lowered the rear window two days ago.....it will not go back up just clicks.

I took the tailgate panel off
diconnected the cable to the power window motor
The motor runs. I pluged it back in and click , click , click

I'm unable to get the window back up. And its cold in Oregon right now.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

It's cold in the morning and I think the raccoon living across the street is eye ballin my floor mats!!!!

 

I got it......the cable was rusted......took the cable loose and lubed it. Good to go
