I have a 1990 K5 blazer with a 5.7 TBI. The engine won't start, starter turns fine. However when starting fluid is sprayed into the TBI engine starts then shuts down. I'm thinking fuel pump relay or fuel pump. I can't seem to find the location of the relay. I would like to start doing some voltage checks, but I need a good starting point. Thanks in advance for any help.
