Default 1993 Chevy Blazer

I have a 1993 Fullsize Chevy Blazer, 350 5.7ltr engine, 4X4 - It started making a noise( like a tapping noise ) under the glove box, it does it when you turn the key on and keeps going after the key is off. Then it died on me a coiple of times then finally quite running. I pulled the gas tank off and put in a new fuel sending unit and fuel pump, after installing tank it still made the noise(like somebody tapping on the underside of glovebox)and will not start? I dont thinks it's getting any fire when I try to start it. Does this noise under the glove box have something to do with this? NEED HELP FAST!

You need to determine where that noise is coming from specifically. There may be relays under the glove box and a clicking relay is never a good thing... Especially when it continues to click after the key is turned to the OFF position. This would indicate that there is a problem with your wiring somewhere. Wiring problems can be one of the most challenging to fix as well as VERY difficult for anyone to point you in the right direction...

You can put your hand down under the glovebox and feel and even stop the flapper that is making the noise, I just haven't figured out what is causing it to do that? Somebody said it was the fuel pump relay so I disconnected it and it still made the noise.

The tapping noise is not associated with the engine not starting. The tapping noise is from your environmental controls. I had a friend with a 95 Chevrolet 1500 with the same problem. The flapper door to direct airflow has failed. If you disconnect power to the motor the tapping noise will stop. We could use more info on what you've done with your engine/ fuel deliver too assist you.
