1998 rear brake shudder *NEW PADS AND ROTORS*
My brakes had started the wearing noise a couple weeks ago so I set off to change all 4 corners pads and rotors. The change went fine except;
I had having bad brake shudder so I just got new anti-rattle clips, pads were much more snug after installing those but shudder is just as bad, front end stopped but rear end is still making the car shake when coming to a halt.
My ABS light is on despite installing a refurbished ABS module (just the control module not the pump). The light went away for a few weeks and came back after my brake pedal would sometimes not push down and ABS would “engage” and sounded like it was failing and in turn jamming my pedal up, after a few days of this happening my ABS light started coming on after driving a few feet every time I turn the car on.
I’m not sure what to try next to fix this, any suggestions?
