Default '83 rear window

My '83's rear window doesn't work, mainly because the thing that holds the glass (the right term escapes me right now) is all bent and rusted out. The glass is fine, but is it worth trying to get the holder replaced, or should I look into getting a new tailgate alltogether? It also needs a key made for the back, since it didn't come with any door keys, so is it worth getting a key made and fixing it, or should I just get another tailgate?

If all that needs to be replaced is the regulator or even just the metal lower support for the window and having a key made, it is worth it to just do that.
