Default 85 Blazer - LT1 and 4l60e swap

Hello all! I'm looking into buying a slightly lowered and pretty cool 85 Blazer, but because I want it to be a daily driver, I'd like to ditch the old tired 350 and 700R4 and get a LT1 (I've had an Impala SS for many years, so I'm pretty familiar with the engines).

Now, I've seen lots of people bolt up the LT1 to the 700R4, but will the LT1 and 4l60e go into a K5 without any problems, or will I need to modify the transmission/crossmember? (drivetrain would be out of a 94-96 Impala SS or Caprice)

Second, I assume I can just use the same driveshaft coming out of the 700R4 in the 4l60e? It's a RWD Blazer (and will stay one)

Next up, A/C, what has to be done to adapt the LT1 a/c compressor to the K5's A/C condensor, evaporator, etc?

Last, fuel lines. I've read that I need the fuel tank, pump, and sending unit out of a late 80's/early 90's K5 with TBI, I assume I can use the fuel lines out of this as well?

Thank you for taking the time to read/answer this, I've been googling for hours now and these are the questions I can't find any answer to.

Edit: I got one more, exhaust, because the LT1 is basically just a "Gen II" Smallblock Chevy, is it safe to assume the exhaust system from the Blazer will bolt right up to the LT1?

If you get all of the electronics from the donor vehicle, you should be good. You will likely want to stay with an OBD1 setup. But honestly, the a well built 700R4 will handle the exact same power as a well built 4L60e without the complication of computer controls.
