damn bolt

Default damn bolt

hey i broke the bolt in my rocker arm cover that goes to my head i bought an easy out but the drill bits suck does anyone know any tricks to make removeing this easier i dont wanna mess up my heads i just got machined any help is appreciated

Center bolt valve covers or perimeter? You haven't provided vehicle info...

the 4 small boltys that hold the covers that go over my rocker arms

i take it it broke off flush with the head? if so good luck they can be tricky but go get a good drill bit no cheap ones and take your time

yup flush it sucks im gonna go at it here today i just really dont wannay mess up the heads i put on. everythings on gaskets and all i just need to connet hoses, but this bolt stopped me in my tracks so that head aint comein off thats for sure

nevermind got that sonabitch came out clean ill have it runnin by friday just gotta put a new powerstearing pump and connect everything hard to get a whole lot done after work
