diesel conversion

Default diesel conversion
hi one of my friends is getting rid of his 93 chevy pick with a 6.5L. i was wondering if it would bolt up to the 700r4 on my 89 K5. any info on this conversion would be appreciated thanks

The bolt pattern is different... I personnaly would not waste my time with a 6.2 or a 6.5 when it is so much easier to install a Cummins BT4 or 6 cylinder.
