i just bought a reman transmission (turbo 350) for my 77...i installed it and it has a crack in the housing where the lines go in and out to the and from the radiator maybe an inch long.

now this is where the emrgency comes...my only day to do this was yesterday(saturday) and i am moving from Page, AZ to Michigan on wednesday to start a new job and i work today, monday and tuesday all 12 hour days. Talking to carquest the night after i installed the trani, they said they could possibly get me one on tuesday...anyway...my question is...is JB weld an option?...or something like it?

at this point i don't necessarily care about getting a "crack free" transmission...i just don't want it to leak...what are my options?
