Default Four wheel drive wiring problem

I have a 94 fullsize blazer and my four wheel drive is not working, so looked under my truck and and on top of the transfer case where it suppose to be a 3 wire harness goin into it with the colors blue, green, and brown. Well the brown one is completly cut from the harness, and its but the problem is that there is two diffrent brown wires cut and I was wondering if I tie them together and hook them up to the harness or what, the first brown wire is with the othere two wires that are green, and blue, covered with that black heat protective plastic ,and the other one comes from the actuator it is in the protective platic also but is in a seperate one all by its self, someone please help me, because we had a blizzard in maryland a couple months ago and I was embarrased that I couldn't even move my truck off of one piece of ice that was only under one wheel.

Here is the wiring schematic for the NP241 transfer case. I show two other transfer case possibilities, but this should be the most common.
