frame mount fuel pump set-up, on a K-5 with a V-8 carb. motor
I've never mounted a fuel pump in front of the gas tank on the frame rail before. There's no room by the frame rails in the engine bay to mount a mechanical fuel pump on the block. This is not the original engine. It's a V8, could be a 305, not to concerned about that yet. It is a K-5 Full-size blazer 1983.
Anyway, I've seen some Holley electric fuel pumps with a fuel regulator built in the same unit, for carb. type engines for about $130.00. I could use a little instruction on this one please. I've been looking for some kind of demonstration video on fuel pumps, or whatever I can find. Thank You, have a good day.

they are pretty simple as it gets. had one on a old s10, you just cut the fuel line somewhere, theres usually a rubber section under there. the pump will have two nipples on it, just plug them into the rubber lines and its installed. they do sell electric fuel pumps for carb engines, where they only put out like 5psi, again had one for my carbed s10 blazer.
you just ground the ground, then run the postive to a fuse that goes on when the truck has the key in the on position
