I have a 94 Chevy Blazer 5.7L 4 x 4 , I put a new crate motor in it a year ago and have only drove it about 300 miles because my check engine light came on, the code was 43 so I replaced the knock sensor, pulled the ecm fuse to reset computer, and I still get the code 43, I finally broke down and took it to a very reliable mech. and he could not find the problem, all the ground wires are in tact, the oms on the knock sensor is 4.2 and the wiring tested continuity. I had it smogged anyway and everything passed with flying colors except the check engine light. Was wondering if the computer could bad ? I would think if the computer was bad the blazer would not run or have all kinds of problems. Could anyone possibly give me suggestions on what it could be. Greatly Appreciated...
