Default K-5 which lift kit

I just bought a 77 K5 Blazer from the original owner. Rusty, dirty but it has potential. I'd like to start with a lift kit, but I'm absolutely lost. 4" seems reasonable, but I honestly don't know where to start. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

They're all pretty similar. Any brand name like Tuff Country, Skyjacker, or Superlift is going to be good quality. Pro-Comp is probably a little cheaper and still not bad. Ideally, you would also get new rear springs, but you're going to find that most kits come with rear blocks. Some manufacturers also offer rear springs separately, though. I would go with one of those. You may also want to buy a dropped Pitman arm or raised steering arm to help your steering. It can be a little funky after doing a lift. Your driveshafts will probably be long enough with a 4" lift, but you should definitely double-check.

Thanks Tom. I'll start doing some shopping and post a photo once the lift is installed
