Default k5 blazer 79 overheating

Good night young people, I have a little problem with my k5 blazer 79, when driving 20-30 minutes in a climate of 28-30 degrees Celsius, it stops and does not turn on ... the temperature clock rises more than normal (it is not very good so I don't trust the clock), when the weather is 20-24 degrees celsius the blazer works great but it shows that it needs more cooling, the radiator is the original bronze, it is at 70% of its capacity because it has Damaged cells, water does not filter, this with green American water (I am from Latin America) they recommend me to make the damaged cells of bronze or change for a 2-3 cell aluminum radiator. What else would I have to look for for faults related to overheating, the water pump is optimal, I use American 5-30 oil, 350 5.7L stock engine with a 2bbl rochester carburettor, I don't use A/C.

Does it happen more at high speed or low speed? If it's at low speed, the problem may be your fan clutch. When the engine is hot, have somebody turn it off while you watch the fan. It should stop turning in 1-2 seconds. If it keeps spinning, it's bad. Also, do you have a fan shroud? If it's missing, that could be part of the problem.

It happens on normal drive in traffic, at high speed got no problem... Stop like 1-3 seconds, the fan shroud is fine

Default Update

Cells were welded, I already did repair and maintenance, only now when we tested it, I accelerated and started sucking from the radiator cap (I tried it with my hand, it tells me that I have to see the pressure and that it is in delayed time ... any ideas...?
