I am not sure if the RPO decoder that s10-forums has works for these, but it probably does. I believe it works off of a master GM database of RPO codes...

Anyway, CLICK HERE for a fairly comprehensive list of RPO codes in a format that is a bit easier to read. I think I have a search-able PDF that is something like 188 pages long that is the true master RPO code list from GM somewhere on my home computer. The thing is huge though.
