Ask a auto parts store they should be able to tell you what the code is.

What engine do you have? My 89 has a 4.3 and has decent power. The only mods are KN air filter, Injector Spacer, Adj. fuel pressure regulator, aftermarket CAT. Also mine is 2WD Auto.

My first off the wall guess would be plugged catalytic converter.

Okay, first off, you started 4 different threads concerning the same issue. Please read the Forum rules and you will see that double posting is a violation. I have combined your threads, so please keep everything in one thread and folks can follow what is happening.
You say you have a 5.7L engine in an '89 Blazer, but is it in a K5 (full size) Blazer or has it been swapped into a 1st Gen S-10 Blazer? Complete info about the vehicle will help.
Asking why a vehicle has no power is like asking why you can't throw a football well. We would need a lot more info concerning the symptoms (when it occurs, what you have tried to correct the problem, history of any other symptoms, etc.). How many miles are on the engine? How long since a complete tune-up? Have you done a compression test on the motor?

the truck runs fine other than being gutless. and the tps is new and the head gasket not blown. the truck trys to over heat when towing and has a stutter for a second when u mash the throttle down from a dead stop. it is slow getting up to speed. it will not do more than 45 40 mph with trailer up even a slight incline. and struggles to do 60 up hill with no load.

Can you please answer these questions from my previous post?
