Default rear window stuck up but I need to get it down what do i do??

Hi everyone,
My rear window motor/complete setup is shot but I need to manually get the rear window down so I can pull the top off. (to high to lift top over window) Can anyone tell me how to lower the rear window?

Thanks in advance

Rob

You should be able to remove the trim panel and access the motor.
Did the motor just die?
Try tapping the motor with a small hammer while someone operates the switch.

thanks I just figured it out I had to search deep in the dirt at the bottom of the door there was the cable that is supposed to run from the window to the motor.(it isnt hooked up) so for the mean time I just plugged it to the window and to my drill and worked fine. but thanks for the help. As i was writing the forum in a panic I realized what i needed to do. Eitherway it helped. Thanks for giving it a shot I am sure I will have a ton more questions.
