Default Risks of 3" Lift

I've got a '90 Blazer and I wanna throw a 3" body lift kit on. Also putting on a body mount kit.

Is that enough of a lift that i'll run into problems like brake lines being too short or the steering column being too short? Or should i be good? If it's gonna be a problem, is it an easy fix? Or am i gonna be dumping a lot more money into this thing?
