Default Screwed Up The Firing Order

So I put new plugs and wires on my 73 blazer today and didn't pay attention to where the #1 position on the distributor was. Evidently I guessed wrong and cranked the motor. Didn't start. My question is, can I play "merry go round" and just move each wire one spot clockwise until I find the proper order?
