Steering Coloumn question

is a 1993 chevy 1500 tilt steering coloumn the same as the one in a 1991 K5

I don't know for sure. I would check that : they are the same length, same wiring connector, same options (cruise, pulse wipers etc), mounting bolt pattern at dash and at the coupler.
