having trouble finding the cable that attaches to the power window motor that operates the regulator. i can find the motor and regulator no problem, but not the cable. i have exhausted local sources and have spent hours on the net. does anyone know where i can find one? any help is appreciated. i would rather buy new so i dont have this problem again! thanks. ok, sorry.. forgot minor detail lol! 1987 k5 with power tailgate window

yeah, i have the lmc catalog, and have checked the website, again, i can find the motor and the regulator, but cannot locate the cable.. i am thinking of modifying a speedo cable. i believe the diameters are close, and the end that attaches to the motor appear to be similar to a speedo cable.
