Default throttle body fuel line replacement

Both the fuel lines going to the throttle body on my 1987 blazer 350 wore holes in the SS flex section that went through the frame. The lines have a SS flex secton about 18" long that go into a bent hard line (no fitting) that goes up to the throttle body. Have checked on line and all local parts stores not available. Was thinking of cutting off the hard line double flaring the end and getting a section of SS flex line and getting a fitting to attach to the gas tank hard line. Any one with experience fixing this ?

double flairing will work if your good at it. if you can find the flex line with the same size tubing on each side you can just run a compression fitting also. they actually sell fuel line repair kits that consists of line and compressions fittings. both my 90 and 93 have them in there due the line rusting to the fuel filter and breaking
