Vacuume modulator line

Vacuume modulator line
I have been putting a 79 K5 back together and recently rebuilt the turbo 350 tranny the prob I am having is with the vacuume modulator line. What does it connect to? I have one of those haynes manuals but as you may know it does not say much or make out heads or tails of the diagrams.The 400 has a Elderbrock intake and the carb I belive is a Rochester M2MC
