What gear?

Really? Maybe it was an option because the shape of mine matches the 350. And wouldn't the TH700R4 be 4 gears? And Grizz like I said I need to do the most I can for mileage so I think a 4.11 with OD is a good compromise. But im not really good with this kinda stuff, so what do you think?

No, the TH350 was not an option.
The 700 would have four forward gears. If the genius who swapped in the axles with different gears couldn't figure out how to properly set his TV cable then the easy fix is to put in a TH350, they're cheap and they rarely break.
What transfer case do you have? Should be the NP241 with mechanical speedometer. That transfer case was only offered in one year. After that they had electronic speedometers.
How fast do you drive on the freeway?

If it didn't come with it, the guy my cousin bought it off of mustve thrown it in there.
Ill have to look at the T-Case and let you know which one it is. It should still be stock. Im almost certain it is a mechanical speedo though.
And I usually tend to go about 70 or 75, but not in this truck yet.

You might want to stick with the 3.73's then, with 36's you're going to be turning a lot of rpm's.
Assuming that your tires measure 36" which they are typically under rated size and that your torque converter only contributes to 200 rpm slip at 75 mph you will be turning 2,800 rpm with 3.73's and almost 3,100 rpm with 4.10's.
That's a lot of revs.

Luckily I don't think ill be doing a lot of highway driving. Mostly around town and up n down big hills in TN. I think I can pull off the 4.11s if I go with a 4 speed OD trans. But im not sure
